Pet Protocol

Little Rock: Dogs and cats older than four months must be vaccinated for rabies and licensed annually. The license fee for unsterilized pets is $32.50 and $10 for sterilized.

North Little Rock, Jacksonville & Maumelle: Dogs and cats must be licensed annually. The annual license fee for unsterilized pets is $30 and $5 for sterilized. In North Little Rock and Jacksonville there is no licensing charge if your pet has an implanted information chip.
